Heart versus mind.

All of us have to fight between heart and mind in many situations , and when come up with solutions again we’ll be confused whether to listen to heart or mind.

Heart is a concept which links emotions , pleasure , feelings ..etc. Mind is a concept which links intelligence , logic..etc. It would always be better to go with emotional quotient rather than intelligent quotient.

The way heart and mind thinks are completely different. *heart want us to be kind and generous but , *mind want us to be clever and logical . When faced with a decision , conflict or failures , mind may come up with different and quite logical reasons that why you should act as it advises but if you listen to and trust your heart though it is illogical ,it is usually right and you are happier as a result.

When you are stuck between heart and mind ,take a moment , sit in silence , close your eyes , focus on your heart , take a deep breathe and when you are ready , ask your heart whatever you need an answer and definitely it will give you right answer , but it may also not be safe to do when you are feeling extremely happy or extremely sad because those emotions may influence your heart which may affect your decisions , in such situations please take a moment to think .

FEAR

Fear means a response to any kind of a thing that becomes danger physically as well as mentally.

Some fear about failure ,some fear of darkness ,some fear of heights and every person is living in fear of anything,,but what matters is how you face it or eliminate it.

* face that fear. *not even think about fear.

Why are we not able to face the fear? It is because our brain is not trained to be strong ,that’s why we fall for the fear .our Brain knows the fact but it is unable to accept it ,our brain will think what we train to it .

A person should encounter his fear by thinking all positive consequences.we should enjoy each and every moment of life thanking to god .we should be the reason of other people’s happiness .life is too short to be in fear .In everyday life we should take a moment to appreciate what we have in our life rather than regretting what we don’t have .we can start a new beginning ,new career ,and even a new life only when if we don’t fear .It should be kept in mind nothing in this world is impossible until you are alive and you have hope .

Convert your biggest fear into biggest strength by facing it ,it will not only change your life but will give you courage to face other challenges of life . It just depends on what will you choose for your life .

In the same way LIFE is full of surprises whether GOOD or BAD.If we learn to smile in most of the surprises(situations),it will take us to the better position.
